Refund policy

At Almost Dawn, we design pieces to last beyond a season. Our return and exchange policy reflects the same attention to detail and care.

1. General Exchanges

• Exchange any item within 2–4 working days of receiving it.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags and original packaging.

2. How to Exchange

• Email info@almostdawn.co with your order number, the item, and the size or style you’d like in exchange.
• Once approved, we’ll share return instructions.
• Replacements are shipped as soon as we confirm availability, or you’ll receive store credit if the desired size/style is unavailable.

3. Defects & Errors

• If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
• We’ll repair, replace, or issue credit—whichever works best for you.

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

• Made-to-order pieces, sale items, and bodysuits/intimates cannot be exchanged or returned.
• This policy helps us keep our production smooth and protect the integrity of each piece.

5. Fees

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
